Louise M. (Doucette) Harmon 12/16/2012 Tewksbury, MA / Londonderry, NH

Louise M. (Doucette) Harmon, 81, of Londonderry, NH died Sunday December 16, 2012 at the Catholic Medical Center, Manchester surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 4, 1931 in Lowell, MA a daughter of the late Charles and Alphonsine (Langlois) Doucette. Mrs. Harmon was raised in Tewksbury, MA where she also attended high school. She completed her nursing degree at Lowell General Hospital. She lived in Tewksbury until 1983 when she relocated to Londonderry, NH. Mrs. Harmon was a communicant of St. Mark’s Parish in Londonderry where she sang in the choir and was part of their prayer line. She was an active member of the Senior Friends at Salem Athletic. Louise enjoyed playing tennis and golf, was an incredible cook, and will long be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her beloved sister, Elizabeth Laferriere of Tewksbury and brother in law, Howie Harmon of Pelham, six children, Richard Harmon and his wife Michelle of Londonderry, Wayne Harmon and his fiancée Coreen Ceder of Hudson, NH, Lynne Marks of Derry, Louise Noftle and her husband William of Tewksbury, Jan Kagarice and her husband Vern of Denton, TX, and John Harmon and his wife Agustina of Framingham, MA, 13 grandchildren, Wayne, Jason, Richie, Nicholas, Benjamyn, Joshua, Beth, Billy, Jacqueline, Thomas, Michael, Ted and Erica, seven great grandchildren, and longtime personal friend, Lou Peters. She was predeceased by her husband Richard R. Harmon on February 11, 1993. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. A Liturgy of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:30am in St. Mark’s Parish, One South Road, Londonderry. Burial will follow in Tewksbury Cemetery, Tewksbury, MA.
